Shipping and returns policy

SHIPPING COSTS


Larger artworks (100x120cm and above) might be subject to additional shipping costs than the standard shipping rates on this website, due to location and constant variations in shipping prices. Paulina Ree Artist mostly ships overseas through DHL, so their current rates and terms apply.


Shipment cost will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer when order is placed in advance of shipping the goods so that there are no hidden costs or surprises.

CHANGE OR AMEND YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS


If you have entered in your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information please contact the customer service team at paulina@paulinaree.com, as soon as possible. 


Shipping information, including delivery address CANNOT be modified once the order has already been shipped.  If your order has already been dispatched, this will have to be changed with the courier company by calling (DHL custom service number) or clicking the link that landed in your inbox with the tracking information.

 

TAX AND CUSTOM CHARGES

Local tax and custom charges might apply upon receiving your order. Check with your local entities for guidelines regarding these charges.

 

A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package please contact the courier service.


P.O. BOX

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes


TRACKING

Your order will be dispatched once it has been hand wrapped and packed by Paulina Ree Artist. You can track your delivery with the shipping company with the links and tracking number they provide upon order.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Your artwork will be dispatched as soon as possible after purchase, usually between 1-6 weeks after the point of purchase.

We ship all of our products from Oslo, Norway so delivery timing may be impacted based on your location.

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY  


Paulina Ree Artist operates on an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy, which means that once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.
