A body of work about matrescence and mental wellbeing. When a baby is born, a mother is born too, yet everyone holds the baby and no one holds the mother. Through thread, paint and performance, I make that invisible labour visible, and invite others to be held too.
Estoy contigo · Standing with you
A crochet rug of raw wool. Visitors wove the fabric with their fingers to leave behind repressed emotions, a tactile, calming act that modern life has traded for screens.
Write in ME
An oil painting that asked you in. Each visitor wrote a love note to themselves onto the canvas, a small, deliberate practice in self-compassion and care.
