Pasion de Historia

The heart, the center of our being. The sun of our universe, the place where we hold our dearest and where our soul resides. A place that holds all our emotions, the love, the fear, the strength, the loss, and so much more, all of it contained within. Here I am reflecting as to how to tend to my own heart, the work of undoing a lifetime of narratives that no longer serve me.
