In this Triptych, I have represented what has become my rituals, an altar of sorts that reflects my most profound needs, water, nature, light, books and art making.  This is more than a still life, it becomes an exploration of pieces found on my atelier and which I am drawn to.  

The bright palette is something I continuously turn to as an homage to Ecuadorian folklore and the legacy I am leaving behind through my art.  One of connecting with my soul, the desire to feel connected to my home country, and how I cherish the beauty and diversity of its people and of its traditions.
